From steakhouse buffets to bottomless mimosas and more, these Chicago hotspots are taking Easter Sunday brunch up a notch with a handful of indulgent offerings.

The Peninsula Chicago
See-and-been-seen rooftop perch Z Bar (108 E. Superior St., 312.573.6888) covers the basics with avocado toast, steak and eggs, and more. With a magnum of Champagne, the aptly titled Magnum Mimosa (three options starting at $120) seriously ups the boozy brunch ante.
Bar Biscay
The West Town hit (whose decor is as becoming as the menu itself) delivers a Spanish spin with international eats including a fried egg-topped Basque burger and a roasted leg of lamb accented with salbitxada and spring onions. 1450 W. Chicago Ave., 312.455.8900
BLVD
The sophistically appointed West Loop steakhouse tantalizes with an a la carte brunch menu touting bites like cured salmon toast, blueberry sauce- and honey-dappled sourdough Johnny Cakes and croque madame (and, of course, steak & eggs—an 8 oz. New York Strip to be exact). If that’s not extravagant enough, patrons can also order the restaurant's signature caviar service and dazzlingly tall seafood towers. 817 W. Lake St., 312.526.3116
Eden
Satisfy your sweet tooth at the West Loop restaurant’s Easter Bakery Bar, featuring treats like chef Devon Quinn’s house-made doughnuts. Savory options—think: grilled avocado eggs benedict and the “burger of Eden”—also abound. Kids in tow won’t want to leave before cheesing for a picture with the Easter Bunny, either. 1748 W. Lake St., 312.366.2294
Virtue
During brunch at this Hyde Park newcomer, sip a Bellini or Bloody Mary while enjoying Southern favorites including chicken & waffles and biscuits & gravy (that’s smoked turkey gravy, for the discerning). Get your sweets fix, too, with a dreamy cinnamon roll courtesy of pastry toque Becky Pendola. 1462 E. 53rd St., 773.947.8831
Sunda
In River North, the Asian-inspired favorite is going all out with a to-the-nines buffet, including dishes like pork belly benedict, grilled chicken adobo and shrimp tempura amaki, plus an omelet station with fixings like longanisa and braised oxtail. Little ones can enjoy the children’s buffet and a special appearance from the Easter Bunny, as well. $65 for adults, $20 for children; 110 W. Illinois St., 312.644.0500
Prime & Provisions
Make it bottomless at this Loop staple, where adults can imbibe endless Bloody Marys or Mimosas. Maple glazed ham and slow roasted prime rib tempts at a carving station, while seafood staples like shrimp and crab legs will be at no short supply (just leave enough room for banana cream pie). Adults: $65, $85 for endless mimosas and Bloody Marys; children: $25. 222 N. LaSalle St., 312.726.7777
900 North Michigan Shops
The Mag Mile style destination invites children to snap photos, make crafts, and nibble flower cookies with The Bunny during a tea-time gathering. During the event—a portion of whose proceeds benefit Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital—adults can head to the Level Six Bar & Study stocked with beer, wine and brunch cocktails complemented by bites from Aster Hall. 900 N Michigan Ave., 312.915.3916
LondonHouse Chicago
Fetching views of the Chicago River pair well with equally sumptuous bites at the haute Loop hotel, where executive chef Jacob Verstegen plates crispy potato pancakes, brisket benedict, bulgogi-style cauliflower and more. And if you’ve already ran through your Easter basket, salted caramel ganache tarts and violet macarons from pastry chef Samantha Santiago Torres won’t disappoint. 85 E. Upper Wacker Drive, 312.253.2317
