Parkline Chicago sits on the corner of East Randolph Street and Wabash Avenue.
In one of the city’s most coveted downtown locations, Parkline Chicago aims to redefine what it means to live in luxury. As both a rare new build in the heart of the Loop and a rare hybrid condo-apartment concept, the building’s goal is to elevate Chicago’s rental scene and set a new standard for modern residential buildings. Constructed by Chicago-based developer Moceri + Roszak and designed by Thomas Roszak Architecture, the 26-story tower is home to 6,400 square feet of ground-level retail and 24 sky-level condominiums atop 190 apartments. “Designing phenomenal buildings is our passion and we have a deep understanding of how things should be created to provide residents with the comfort, sophistication and calm that they desire in a home,” says developer and architect Thomas Roszak, FAIA. “Nothing is arbitrary. We are architects wearing a developer hat and leading the entire process. We know how a building is built and how to marry a timeless, modern aesthetic with function.”
The kitchen spotlights the elegant modified open-concept design and an oversize island with seating fit for five.
Located on floors 20 to 25, the elevated living condos boast Wolf, Sub-Zero and Cove appliances; Snaidero cabinetry finished in four neutral color palettes; quartz countertops; spacious walk-in showers; and floating vanities. Chicago’s urban authenticity meets design-forward details with an intersection of floor-to-ceiling windows that frame Millennium Park and 10-foot ceilings that contrast with 5-inch wide-plank flooring. “We designed Parkline from the inside out, which is also known as reverse engineering a building,” adds Roszak.“We assembled a team of top marketing experts, architects, developers and interior designers who are tapped into current market demands to make strategic decisions with the amenities, such as offering a broad variety of remote workspaces, as well as with the individual residences.” Priced from $1.5 million, the boutique living style features four corner units on each floor, ranging from 2,136 square feet to 2,662 square feet. All homes are finished with modified open-concept designs that spotlight the kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, three to four bedrooms and a breathtaking terrace.
The sky lounge terrace overlooks “monumental views” including the Cloud Gate sculpture, Grant Park and Lake Michigan
Alongside the building’s 22,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space, which highlights a double-height sky lounge, a terrace and a hybrid indoor-outdoor-style pool, owners will also have exclusive access to amenity spaces on the 19th floor, complete with a dining-meets-conference room featuring a catering kitchen, a lounge library with panoramic views and a sky terrace with a crow’s nest balcony that shows off with monumental lake, park and city views. With the construction process nearing the finish line, condos are set to be move-in ready this month. 60 E. Randolph St., 833.746.0885, parklinechicago.com
