Meiomi Wines Celebrates Launch of Sparkling Wine in Chicago

On Wednesday, October 24, 2018, Meiomi Wines announced the release of Meiomi Sparkling Wine, a North Coast sparkling wine made in the traditional French Méthode Champenoise and the first sparkling in the brand's portfolio. To introduce the new wine to the Chicago market, Meiomi hosted an exclusive event at Pacific Standard Time. Guests enjoyed flutes of the new Meiomi Sparkling Wine, as well as the brand's Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines, paired with bites created by James Beard Award-Nominated Chef of PST, Erling Wu-Bower. Renowned local musician and DJ/electric violinist, KAT V, played a special set to keep the crowd grooving throughout the evening.
