Harry Styles’ new-age beauty brand Pleasing has just opened its latest pop-up shop—and it’s in Chicago. From June 15 through July 14, beauty enthusiasts and die-hard Stylers can get their fix of exclusive merchandise, decadent ice cream flavors (strawberry, red velvet, espresso and blueberry) and the brand’s freshly debuted AstroMilk collection.
Nestled along Wicker Park’s buzzy Damen Avenue, Pleasing AstroMilk Bar (1623 N. Damen Ave.) features a futuristic, alien-friendly motif in a nostalgic new Americana diner atmosphere.
To celebrate the pop-up, the brand has released a line of sheer, buildable pastel nail polish shades, including Cow Jumped Over The Moon (blue), Space Pink (pink), Milk Man’s Cheeks (peach) and Not Sorbet (mauve)—released at the pop-up June 15 and online June 18.
Each limited-edition set includes glow-in-the-dark, extraterrestrial-inspired nail decals of spaceships, aliens and more.
Other unveilings span a Marshal the Martian Milk Man mascot and UFOs (unidentified fashion objects) in the form of ready-to-wear t-shirts, shorts, hoodies, bandanas, hats, socks, totes and more.
Founded by Styles in 2021, Pleasing has carved out its place in the saturated beauty scene with its aesthetic assortment of chic and androgynous fragrances, nail polishes, lip balms, apparel and accessories.
The brand’s Do Better initiative features partnered collections with nonprofit organizations and campaigns, including Nest, Cool Earth, Queercircle, Covenant House, Project Roots and GlamourGals.
