Designs For Dignity Hosts Annual Carpets For A Cause Event

Designs for Dignity hosted its annual charity auction Carpets for a Cause at Oscar Isberian Rugs in River North. More than 200 attendees gathered to bid on one-of-a-kind carpets from some of Chicago’s top makers.

This year’s group of selected designers, including Elizabeth Pasquinelli of Debaun Studio, Lauren Svenstrupof Studio Sven, and Guinevere Johnson and Diana Ortiz of Third Coast Interiors, created eye-catching carpets for the event.

Designs for Dignity transforms nonprofit spaces through pro bono design services and generous donations. This year, over $23,000 was raised to support the organization’s mission of empowering life through design.
