Vista Tower has the opportunity to own an online advertising program on Utilizing strategic and targeted digital assets, as well as pairing the Vista Tower brand with upscale editorial content,  the custom program will generate buzz and awareness among our engaged online audience, while simultaneously driving traffic and leads.

Digital Partnership Strategy

Michigan Avenue will work in consultation with Vista Tower to create and promote engaging online content. The program will consist of the following elements:

Sponsored Content

Vista Tower will receive ownership of Michigan Avenue's "The Chicago 40". This special online feature will cover Chicago's 40 most stylish influencers who have contributed to the vibrance of the city. Associating with young, style-driven influencers will align the Vista Tower brand to your target audience in a way that's simultaneously native and engaging.

All content will be wrapped with Vista Tower display ads, and will contain a custom call to action linking to the Vista Tower website. Michigan Avenue will ensure that the content that resonates with your target audience, while still being timely and relevant to our readers. 

Dedicated email blast

Vista Tower will receive dedicated e-blasts sent to Michigan Avenue's high-quality opt-in email subscribers. Our lists are verified by Claritas to have 20% of subscribers with incomes >$1MM. We also have strong open rates, with blasts consistently achieving rates between 20-25%. All dedicated e-blasts have optional a/b subject line testing, as well as unique send times per individual suscriber (based upon time of day that subscriber is most likely to open email) to ensure maximum open rates.

Social Media Promotion

Michigan Avenue will promote Vista Tower to our engaged followers via our social media channels. Content can be determined after consultation between Vista Tower & Michigan Avenue content editors.

Run of Site Display Advertising

Michigan Avenue will provide Vista Tower ROS advertising, at 33% share of voice, pending inventory availability (utilizing 970x90 large leaderboard, 300x250 medium rectangle, 300x600 half page, and 728x90 interstitial with 468x60 and 320x50 mobile versions)

Ad units will run across each channel of the Michigan Avenue website and can incorporate rich media. All units will be hyperlinked to the Vista Tower website to drive traffic.
