Jason Wu Luncheon

| November 16, 2018 | Parties

On Friday, November 16 fashion designer Jason Wu, was honored with the second annual Presidents’ Circle honors award by The Costume Council of the Chicago History Museum. Wu's designs are known for being worn proudly by powerful women like Michelle Obama and Meghan Markle. The event was held at The Women's Athletic where guests were greeted with a champagne reception and silent auction. During the luncheon, models sporting Jason Wu's latest collection floated around the room, occasionally posing for patron's cameras. Following the luncheon, Wu sat down with Michigan Avenue Editor-in-Chief JP Anderson to discuss the designers’ road to success, and some of his favorite advice to young creative individuals.
